Welcome to Ash Art Studios! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for participation in our art classes for children in Kindergarten to Grade 5. By enrolling in our classes, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. General Information

• Business Name: Ash Art Studios

• Services Provided: Art classes and workshops for children in Kindergarten to Grade 5

2. Enrollment and Payment

​

• Eligibility: Classes are available to children currently enrolled in Kindergarten through Grade 5. Parents/guardians are responsible for enrolling their children and ensuring that they meet the age and grade criteria for the class.

• Registration: To secure a spot in a class, you must complete the registration form and make payment in full before the start of the program. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other specified payment methods. Payment instructions will be provided at the time of registration.

• Refunds & Cancellations:​

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the class start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class.

  • In case of class cancellation by Ash Art Studios, a full refund will be provided or an alternative class will be offered.

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start of a class are eligible for a full refund.

3. Attendance and Conduct

​

• Attendance: Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their children attend classes on time. Ash Art Studios is not responsible for providing make-up classes or refunds for missed sessions unless previously arranged.

• Code of Conduct: To ensure a positive and productive environment, we expect students to behave respectfully towards teachers and classmates. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the class without a refund.

• Drop-off and Pick-up: Parents/guardians must drop off and pick up their children on time. Ash Art Studios is not responsible for supervising students before or after class hours.

4. Health and Safety

​

• Medical Information: It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to inform Ash Art Studios of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that their child may have. If a child requires special accommodations, please contact us before enrollment.

• Illness: Please do not send your child to class if they are feeling unwell. In case of contagious illness, children should stay home until fully recovered.

• Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately. Ash Art Studios reserves the right to seek emergency medical treatment for children if necessary.

5. Class Content and Materials

​

• Class Curriculum: The content of the classes is designed to foster creativity and skill development appropriate for each age group. The curriculum may vary depending on the class.

• Materials: All art materials required for the classes will be provided by Ash Art Studios unless otherwise specified. Parents/guardians will be notified if any additional materials are needed.

6. Photography and Media Consent

​

• Photography and Videos: Ash Art Studios may take photographs or videos of students and their artwork during classes for promotional purposes. By enrolling in our classes, you grant permission for your child’s image and artwork to be used on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. If you do not consent to this, please notify us in writing before the first class.

7. Liability Waiver

​

• Waiver of Liability: Ash Art Studios takes all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all students. However, by enrolling in our classes, parents/guardians agree that Ash Art Studios, its staff, and instructors are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during classes or on the studio premises.

8. Changes to Classes and Terms

​

• Class Changes: Ash Art Studios reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify classes as needed. We will notify parents/guardians of any changes in a timely manner.

• Modification of Terms: Ash Art Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
